2024 Year in Review
Wear your Halloween costume and watch the parade pass by on the sidewalks between Shady Drive and Lebanon Avenue. After the inflatable pumpkin passes, children with adult chaperones can join the parade.
Following the parade, children are welcome to trick or treat at participating businesses along Washington Road. Look for the “Trick or Treat” sign in their store / business window.
Would you like to show off your antique car or sports car? Do you want to promote your business, organization, scout troops, church etc., with festive costumes or a mascot? Then the Pumpkin Patch Parade is for you! See below for more information about being in the parade.
The Recreation Department is looking for high school volunteers to dress up in our professional mascot costumes or escort one of our mascots along the parade route. Please register by clicking “Register” below. We will contact you on Monday October 21, 2024 with more information.

Registration is required for individuals, groups, businesses and volunteers who wish to be in the parade.
Spectators do not need to register.
Lineup will start at 10:00 a.m. and take place in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, located at 509 Washington Road. The only vehicles permitted in the cemetery are those taking part in the parade. Groups and organizations who are participating in the parade may be dropped off outside the cemetery entrance on Washington Road. Parking is very limited on Washington Road. The line up order is determined to best organize the parade, by the recreation department. Special requests are not accepted. You will receive a confirmation email with line up information and your line up number approximately one week before the parade.
Orange cones with numbers on them will be placed throughout the cemetery. Look for your number and line your group up at your designated cone number. There will be two separate lines for vehicles and walkers.
Candy is permitted to be distributed by handing the individual pieces of candy to the parade spectators. For safety reasons, candy is not permitted to be thrown by individuals or from parade vehicles.
Online – Register for as many programs as you like with a MasterCard or Visa. Save time by registering online today! You also may register in the office during business hours, 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Check.
For program cancellations or other important information, sign up for LeboALERT on the myLebo platform to receive text and email notifications. Ensure you select the “cancellations” category. The Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center provides free LeboNet WiFi.
