Important Note
Food / Beverage Vendors must be approved prior to registration. Please call (412) 343-3409 for approval prior to registration.
Food/Beverage Vendors must sign the “July 4th Food Vendor Agreement 2023” and submit a certificate of general liability insurance in the amounts listed on the agreement. (link to agreement)
Food and Beverage vendors must provide a fire extinguisher if open flames, propane, chafing fuel or charcoal are being used.
JULY 4TH CELEBRATION VENDOR FEES
The following items are available on a first come first served basis. Reserve your space as soon as possible.
$25.00 fee for non-profit Booth (10’ x 10’ space)
$60.00 fee for Business (for profit) Booth (10’ x 10’ space)
$125.00 fee for Food/Beverage Vendor Booth (10’ x 10’ space)
6 foot table rental at $10.00 each.
Green Canopy (10’ x 10’) at $30.00 each. Limited quantities are available.

Online – Register for as many programs as you like with a MasterCard or Visa. Save time by registering online today! You also may register in the office during business hours, 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Check.
For program cancellations or other important information, sign up for LeboALERT on the myLebo platform and receive text and email notifications. Ensure you select the “cancellations” category. The Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center provides free LeboNet WiFi.
