Final Friday summer concerts
Summer 2025 Dates: June 16 – July 20
· Ages 3-4
· Interactive adult and child playtime that introduces fundamental athletic, movement skills for tennis and all sports. Players will be introduced to basic racquet handling, sending and receiving skills within an engaging, theme-based environment. Parents/Adults – bring your tennis shoes – we want you to join in the fun on court! Use of red felt and red foam balls on 36ft court.
· Racket size- 17-19 inches
· recommended Ages 5-6
· An engaging introduction to tennis where FUNdamentals are the focus and players experience a new adventure every week. Through theme-based activities, players will develop sending, receiving and racquet handling skills as well as their ABCs (agility, balance, coordination). Players will develop the skills to lay the foundation for serve, rally, and score. Use of red balls on a 36ft court.
· Racket size- 17-21 inches
· Ages 10 & Under (recommended 6-7yr olds with previous clinic experience)

· In this program, players are introduced to basic serve, rally and score skills. Red Ball Club is for the new player and for those 6-year-olds who have progressed from Red Ball Big Kids. Engaging partner activities and games are designed to build a player’s foundation in all strokes and continue to develop athletic skills for tennis. Use of red balls on a 36ft court.
· Racket size- 19-23 inches.
· For players progressing from Red Ball Club and have demonstrated basic serve, rally, and score competencies. Players continue to develop overall athletic abilities and tennis specific skills. This class puts additional emphasis on technical development along with consistency, directional control and match play skills. Coach approval required for placement*. Use of red balls on a 36ft court.

· Based on skill level and not age (recommended age 8+up)
· For players who have progressed through the Red Ball pathway and are able to demonstrate competencies for play on the 60′ Orange court. Activities and games will focus on further developing groundstroke consistency, serve technique and net play. Serve and transition skills will be emphasized as players develop match play experience in both singles and doubles. Use of orange balls on a 60 foot court.
· Racket size- 23-25 inches.
· Based on skill level and not age (recommended age 8+up)
· For players who have progressed through the Red Ball pathway and are able to demonstrate competencies for play on the 60′ Orange court. Dynamic Ready Position, Use of different spins, Recovery, Continental grip, transition/net play, basic singles, doubles tactics. Cooperation in partner activities. Players in Orange Ball Plus are competing in our match play team challenge opportunities.

· Ages 11-17
· For players of middle and high school age who are at a beginner level and have not taken more than two sessions of our Campus Youth class or have never taken a group or private lesson before. The focus will be on stroke mechanics, footwork, and the athletic skills needed to play the sport. Players will learn how to keep score, sustain a rally, and learn to play quickly.
· Ages 11-17
· This program is for players who have advanced from our Campus Youth I class and are working to further develop their fundamentals to begin to play competitive tennis. The curriculum will be more rally and match play-based with an emphasis on stroke mechanics, strategic philosophies, and the athletic skills needed to play the sport. Players will be able to play a match with an understanding of the rules of the sport.
· Ages 11-17
· This program is for players who have advanced from our Youth II class who are ready for the challenge of the yellow ball. These players should be participating twice a week to clinic, match play and USTA Tournaments and strive to make their high school team. The focus will be on doubles strategy and formations, singles tactics, match experience. and stronger mechanical proficiency.
· Ages 11-17
· This program is for players who aspire to play on their middle or high school team and for those who inspire to play High school tennis and USTA Tournaments. Players will focus on developing more sophisticated shot selections, tactics and strategies, as they continue to learn with a rally and match play curriculum. Players will refine their footwork and athletic skills needed to play at a competitive middle/high school level.
Residents have priority registration. Non-residents may register one week after registration has opened to Residents.
Non-residents who register during the resident priority registration period will be withdrawn from the clinic and a credit will be placed on account.

Children 10 and younger must be dropped off and picked up at their designated court by a parent or guardian. Children will not be released without a parent or guardian present.
Equipment
Bring a tennis racket, towel, and bottled water. Please wear
comfortable athletic wear and tennis shoes.
Online – Register for as many programs as you like with a MasterCard or Visa. You also may register in the office during business hours, 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Check.
