Beginner: This class is intended for the inexperienced player.  Participants will learn the different parts of the court, how to keep score, develop skills in eye-hand coordination,  striking the ball correctly, running and playing from the service line.  Moving from beginners to advanced beginners, must have pro staff approval.

Advanced Beginner/Intermediate:  A year or two of experience required. Starting to hit and serve from the baseline. Can sustain a few hit rallies. SUPER FUN!

Intermediate: Fairly experienced player.  Can serve consistently.  Starting to add spin and placement.  Fun and up-tempo.  Lots of running.

Tournament Training: Has defined strokes and can implement strategy.  Has consistent serve.  Can play comfortably at the net.  This level player could play a local tennis tournament.  Player is usually mature, very experienced.  Up-tempo, fun, aerobic type of clinic.

The next session, held outdoors, will run May 5 – June 8, 2025.

Residents have priority registration, starting Friday, April 11, at 5:00pm.  Non-residents may register starting Friday, April 18, at 5:00pm.

Non-residents who register during the resident priority registration period will be withdrawn from the clinic and a credit will be placed on account.

Equipment
Bring a tennis racket, towel, and bottled water. Please wear
comfortable athletic wear and tennis shoes.
