This class is excellent for kids and teens who want to learn responsibility, and the important concepts needed to keep a child safe and happy as a Babysitter or Parent Helper.
Registration for the March 8th class will open in January 2025.

This is not a First Aid Certification class.
We cover step-by-step procedures on how to be hired as a babysitter. Learn how to introduce yourself as an effective, responsible babysitter. Simple first-aid and essential safety practices, basics regarding playtime, activities, feeding, age-appropriate behavior, and development will be covered.
Students can ask questions, examples of real-life scenarios will be discussed, and the student will gain confidence in having the basic tools needed to babysit, assist parents, and care for a younger child by the end of the class.
Material and handouts will be provided along with a Certificate of Completion.
