Karate Traditional Shotokan

Classes provide not only an effective self-defense program, but a means of developing confidence, leadership and social skills. This rigorous form of exercise will have you working on stances, blocks, punches and kicks.

Youth Yellow Belts & Up and Adult Colored Belts: This class is formatted to allow two hours of training per week for those who have earned the appropriate belt.  Class meets both Monday and Wednesday.
