Traffic congestion this week
We will be taking delivery of large parts of our new fire training facility on Monday, November 11 during the morning rush on Cedar Boulevard. Tree trimming work on Connor Road will start Tuesday, November 12 and last about three days. These events could tie up traffic. If you cannot avoid the area, allow extra time.
State asks residents to conserve water
Pennsylvania water customers are being asked to reduce their nonessential water use in response to DEP’s recent Drought Watch Declaration for 35 Pennsylvania counties. Details at DEP’s site.
Online permit applications temporarily on hold
The inspections department is migrating to new software. As a result, online ZONING permit applications will be on hold starting July 1, until the new software is up and running. You can still apply for ALL permits using paper applications that you can download or pick up in the municipal building. Details on our permits page.
