Sealed bids will be received by the Mt. Lebanon Commission at the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15228 until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
All proposals shall be delivered to the attention of Mr. Rudy Sukal – Director of Public Works before 11:00 am. prevailing time, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, and the same will be publicly opened and read at that time at the Municipal Building Commission Chambers located at 710 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228 for the following projects:
YEARLY CONCRETE CURB MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
This project includes the removal and replacement of various sizes of concrete straight curb, concrete roll curb, and concrete curb and gutter throughout the Municipality.
Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked on the outside with the appropriate wording “MT. LEBANON YEARLY CONCRETE CURB MAINTENANCE PROGRAM”.
CONCRETE CURB Documents to be returned with proposals by February 12, 2025 at 11:00 am
Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates will not be required to be paid on the Concrete Curb Contract.
BRICK STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
This project includes the removal and replacement of deteriorated portions of brick streets throughout the Municipality.
Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked on the outside with the appropriate wording “MT. LEBANON BRICK STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM”.
BRICK STREET Documents to be returned with proposals by February 12, 2025 at 11:00 am
Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates will not be required to be paid on the Brick Street Contract.
