Planning Board
Meetings
Held the third Tuesday of the month. Check the municipal calendar for exact dates or updates.
Meeting location: Mt. Lebanon Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road. Commission Chambers and on Zoom.

Board Members
The Planning Board is made up of five members, who each serve four-year terms.
Duties
- Reviews plans presented to the municipality for construction, development and redevelopment
- Makes recommendations on matters regarding planning and zoning
- Reviews and recommends zoning ordinance amendments
- Prepares subdivision and land development regulations
- Reviews site and development plans
