Planning Board

Meetings

Held the third Tuesday of the month. Check the municipal calendar for exact dates or updates.
Meeting location: Mt. Lebanon Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road. Commission Chambers and on Zoom.

Board Members

The Planning Board is made up of five members, who each serve four-year terms.

Duties

  • Reviews plans presented to the municipality for construction, development and redevelopment
  • Makes recommendations on matters regarding planning and zoning
  • Reviews and recommends zoning ordinance amendments
  • Prepares subdivision and land development regulations
  • Reviews site and development plans
