An advisor to state and local governments around the country, Andrew has worked in the Public Finance industry for over 20 years. He has worked in the Financial Advisory, banking, and software solutions aspects of the industry and has held executive leadership and product management roles for various firms.
He specializes in providing strategic advice on major issues facing governments as they look to build resilience for their communities, transform organizational operations, and develop the infrastructure of the next generation.
He is a strong advocate for modern mobility solutions, green building standards, modernizing our power infrastructure, improved waste management practices, sustainable development, and fiscal transparency and prudence.
