The water company will be installing new water mains in several Mt. Lebanon neighborhoods this spring. Beginning on May 16, employees from Casper Colosimo, will begin visiting properties in the project area to determine if any properties have water service lines made of lead. If you have a lead service line, they will replace it at no direct cost to you as part of a lead service line replacement program. To determine your service line material, Casper Colosimo will need to conduct a visual inspection of your water line from inside your home. Casper Colosimo representatives will be in logoed uniforms and have identification badges. As always if you are afraid or something doesn't seem right, you may call 9-1-1.

All affected homes will receive written notice by mail if someone will be stopping by. We'll publish the list of affected streets as soon as we get it from the water company.
