Each Regular and Adjourned meeting will be preceded by work sessions and ancillary meetings, with the executive session occurring first, followed by the open session. Ancillary meetings will be attended by members of the Commission, municipal staff, professional advisors and others. The purpose of ancillary meetings will be to review administrative action with municipal staff; discuss employment matters and labor negotiations; discuss the lease or purchase of real estate; consult with municipal attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors; discuss privileged and confidential matters, investigations, and quasi-judicial matters; and deliberate with respect to other matters of Commission business. All or portions of any ancillary meeting will be open to the public pursuant to the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, depending on the subject matter(s) addressed at the meeting.

Children will compete in track and field events (please refer to attached flyer). Registration is limited to: 2 track events & l field event OR l track event & 2 field events. 1ST Place - T-shirt, Gold Medal and on to the District Meet on 6/22/13. 2nd Place - Silver Medal. 3rd Place - Bronze Medal. 4th – 6th Place - Ribbon
May 30, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Mt. Lebanon High School Stadium Track
Children will participate in track & field events (please refer to attached flyer). PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED to: 2 TRACK EVENTS and 1 FIELD EVENT; OR 1 TRACK EVENT and 2 FIELD EVENTS. 1st through 6th places will receive a ribbon. Participation ribbons will be given to all entrants.
