Mt. Lebanon Village invites everyone, from one to 100, to attend a day of fun and games at the Salvation Army Community Center, 1060 McNeily Road, Mt. Lebanon, PA. Starting at 8:30 a.m. with a half-mile staggered Chase Your Elders Fun Run/Walk, and ending at 4:00 p.m. with oral history stories, the day will be packed with interactive storytelling by the Pittsburgh Wing and a Prayer Interplay Troupe, a Zumba and a Tai Chi class; a Ping Pong tournament, basketball foul shooting, horseshoes, badminton, a jitterbug contest, and more. Lunch, donated by Pittsburgh Barbecue Company, Mitchell’s Fish Market, and Betsy’s Ice Cream, will include entertainment by Bob Lee and his Blue Devils Blues Band. All proceeds will help Mt. Lebanon Village support seniors who want to “age in place.”
