Each Regular and Adjourned meeting will be preceded by work sessions and ancillary meetings, with the executive session occurring first, followed by the open session.

Ancillary meetings will be attended by members of the Commission, municipal staff, professional advisors and others.  The purpose of ancillary meetings will be to review administrative action with municipal staff; discuss employment matters and labor negotiations; discuss the lease or purchase of real estate; consult with municipal attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors; discuss privileged and confidential matters, investigations, and quasi-judicial matters; and deliberate with respect to other matters of Commission business.  All or portions of any ancillary meeting will be open to the public pursuant to the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, depending on the subject matter(s) addressed at the meeting.
