Mt Lebanon Municipality is seeking to improve communication with our constituents and ensure we are providing the information our residents want to receive and their preferred method of communication. In order to determine this, the municipality is conducting a survey of residents, business owners, and property owners. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The responses from this survey will enable the Municipality to create a comprehensive communications services plan that fits the needs of our community. The deadline for survey submissions is November 27, 2019.
Please, only one survey per person. Other members of your household over 18 are encouraged to respond.
All responses to this survey are subjective and intended to be made based on respondents’ opinions—there are no right or wrong answers. Please note that surveys will be accepted even if all questions are not answered. In particular, the requested demographic information is not required. While it will be helpful to us in formulating an overall communications plan, answering those questions is entirely voluntary.
