Special Meeting Notice

• Please be advised that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Mt. Lebanon Hospital Authority will be held at St. Clair Hospital, THURSDAY, JULY 12, 6:00 p.m. in the Dunlap Conference Center on the 4th Floor. The subject of the meeting will be to approve the refinancing of St. Clair's 2002 Bonds with a new public issuance.

The Hospital Authority is made up of five members who each serve five-year terms.

Duties

• To increase and improve the health and safety of Mt. Lebanon residents
• To fund vehicle to finance improvements to St. Clair Hospital using the municipality's tax-exempt status
