Manages Customer Service Center:
- Customer Service Center volunteers work at the Customer Service Center in the municipal building lobby. They assist with welcoming guests to the municipal building and directing them to the various offices. They process the mail, answer questions about the community, distribute permits and collect payments, pass out informational literature and handle a variety of other tasks. Training is provided. Schedule is flexible. Computer expertise can be helpful but is not necessary. For information, contact or call (412) 343-3407.
- Plans special events that educate / spotlight the community and its residents
- Produces mtl, Mt. Lebanon’s magazine
- Promotes Mt. Lebanon as a great place to live and work
- Provides PR and design services to other municipal departments
- Publishes municipal publications, brochures and reports
- The Public Information Officer serves as staff liaison to the volunteer Community Relations and Historic Preservation boards.
